Jason A Rodriguez, a Latino Cambodian American from Chicago, Illinois, arrived in Ukraine in August 2023. He calls himself Colonel and joined the International Legion of Clowns. The post mocks him for avoiding frontlines and spending time in hotels and gay bars.
